My goal is to walk with you as you build the strength and resiliency needed to conquer life’s battles

As a practicing therapist, I aim to provide the mental health support I want for my wife, family, friends, and myself. As a Black Trans-Masculine Man, I know how hard it can be to understand, love, and believe in yourself when surrounding environments rejects your uniqueness.

Every person and situation is different, but I aim to walk with you as you build the strength and resiliency needed to conquer life’s battles. You should have the privilege of understanding that peace is gained from being resilient and knowing that you have the strength to handle your future and set your standards for happiness.

I understand everyone has unique circumstances, and I'm committed to providing flexible options that work best for you. Whatever your preference, I'm here to support you in your journey of healing and personal growth.

Virtual

You can connect with me from the comfort of your own home or office. I only use secure and confidential video conferencing software to conduct our sessions, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality are protected.

In Person

Providing the option for in-person therapy sessions for those who prefer face-to-face interaction.

Walk n’ talk

I understand that some clients prefer a more active approach to therapy, which is why I offer "walk n’ talk" therapy sessions. During these sessions, we will combine physical activity (walking) during your therapy session.

I have successfully provided safe spaces for mental, emotional, and social development through outreach programs, parent support groups, TGNC youth services, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion educational courses, and systemic family therapy.
